Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance. Substantive and relevant work experience within non-profit organizations and government entities are a plus. Associate degree preferred or a combination of education, training, and experience.įluent in Hmong and possesses knowledge of Southeast Asian culture The following skills, knowledge and abilities are required:Īt least two years of higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic Development, or related field. Help coordinate WUCMAA team statewide travel tour to member sites and local businesses. Other work-related activities or special projects as assigned by the Executive Director. Work with these stakeholders as needed and as appropriate for project needs.Īttend member organizations’ community events, as needed or requested.Īssist in preparing and writing project reports and budget as needed. Implement and complete all task and events related to assigned projects with efficiency.Ĭultivate and maintain relationships with member organizations, community partners, government agencies, community leader, local donors, funders, and other stakeholders of the organization. Proactively research business and economic development resources.Ĭreate esthetically pleasing social media platforms as needed.Ĭreate content for website and social media platforms as needed. Proactively outreach to ethnic or minority owned small businesses statewide via social media, phone call, email, or in-person visit to provide technical assistance (TA).
